Snooozzn & Mini Loops Program Agreement & Privacy Policy

By Enrolling in MiniLoops or participating in Snooozzn programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Program Structure & Participation

MiniLoops provides a structured educational platform. We do not perform credit repair or act on your behalf-we teach you how to understand, navigate, and take control of your own financial situation. Snooozzn is a structured housing readiness program designed for participants who have completed foundational rebuilding and are preparing for long term property positioning.  Participation in either program does not establish a legal, tax, investment, or lending relationship

2. Scope of Counseling 

Both MiniLoops and Snoozzn provide education frameworks, strategic guidance, and structured planning tools.  Program participation does not guarantee loan approval, credit score increases, or specific financial outcomes. Participants remain fully responsible for: 

• Their financial decisions

• Their implementation of strategies

• Their communication with creditors, lenders, or third parties.

3. Non-Liability & Individual Responsibility

Results vary based on individual financial behavior, documentation accuracy, market conditions, and third-party underwriting standards. Miniloops and Snooozzn are not responsible for decisions made by lenders, creditors, financial institutions, or housing providers. Participants retain full responsibility for their financial obligations and agreements.

4. Confidentiality & Use of Information

Personal financial information shared within either program will be kept confidential and used solely for:

• Program participation

• Strategic planning

• Internal Quality Improvement

Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

5. Credit Report Access ( If Applicable)

If a participant authorizes credit review for strategic positioning purposes:

• Access will be used strictly for program planning

• It will not create a lending inquiry

• It will not be shared externally without consent.

Authorization may be revoked at any time in writing.

6. Information Disclosure & Opt-Out Rights

Participants may request clarification regarding data use or withdraw from program participation at any time, subject to enrollment terms. ​

7. Final Acknowledgment

By engaging in MiniLoops or Snooozzn programs, you confirm that you understand the structured nature of these systems and accept full responsibility for your financial decisions and outcomes. These programs are designed to provide progression-from rebuilding to positioning-through structured education and readiness frameworks.
